ROCKSTAR 400 STEEL PLATES have acquired the mechanical properties by quenching which means cooling faster and when needed by the ensuing tempering. After the service new condition cannot be retained that exceeds the temperature range of 250 Deg C. Rockstar 400 isn’t intended for more heat treating.

Rockstar 400 Plates as a wear-resistant plate is having the chemical composition of manganese, carbon, molybdenum, chromium, sulfur, phosphorous, silicon, boron, nickel. The composition percentage is based upon the plate’s dimensions that for various applications are used. These plates are supplied with the thermally cutting edges.
